About Wyatt Bringhurst

Leadership looks different from person to person, and my style is no different. I believe in the power of understanding to elevate and bring processes and people to the next level through example, empathy, and expression. In my experience, I have created teams that worked cohesively for extended periods of time to accomplish multiple goals and enhance the lives of those outside of the team for future endeavors. These are things such as multicultural trainings (UnodcuAlly, LGBTQ+ Ally, Native American Culture, etc.), leadership gatherings and conferences, and simply listening to constituents to understand how certain decisions will impact them moving forward. Mindfulness has become a regular practice of my life recently, allowing me to truly strive to be my best self, but being okay when I do not feel like I am progressing as I should be.
