Wyatt an industry expert in multifamily real estate. Wyatt Co-founded Full Circle Real Estate, a real estate acquisitions company. In 4 years of focused investing Wyatt became financially free at the age of 27. Featured in the Jake and Gino movers and Shakers podcast, The Helathy Investor Podcast,and Success Science, Wyatt has helped investors internationally accelerate to their goals through real estate- Wyatt has over 5 years of multifamily investing experience, and currently has 150+ units valued over $16M under management. He specializes in market research, due-diligence, strategic planning, project development and execution. Wyatt has surrounded himself with coaches and mentors to help him get to the next level. This includes Jake Stenziano and Gino Barbaro who have over 1,500 apartment units, who also aid as his mentors and advisors-Career- After working as in acquisitions for a home buyer in Colorado, Wyatt got married and moved to Omaha. There he worked as a System Design Specialist for Thrasher Foundations. He quickly became the #1 in sales across the network of 368 other dealers nationwide. Thrasher grossed over 100M a year and this is where Wyatt learned the EOS process, project management, and sales skills.
