About Xander Goodwin

After completing a year off site at Humberside engineering training association ( Heta ) I am currently working as a multiskilled maintenance shift engineer for Plasmor Ltd. I am the sole engineer on shift looking after and maintaining two rotary kilns to prevent downtime as well as the additional aggregate plant. My hard work and dedication to the job both inside and outside of work has enabled me to have this responsibility since my mentor retired at the start of my apprenticeship. Since then I have gained my paperwork and I am proud of my continued achievements with Plasmor. When I'm not at work I enjoy repairing and maintaining cars. Recently I have fitted an OEM replacement clutch and flywheel kit to a VW Golf due to the duel mass flywheel failing. As well as this I've replaced the engine block on an Audi A3 due to the oil pump failing causing premature wear on the conrod bearings causing them to slip.
