About Xavier Brolly

My experience in SAFRAN provided me skills in systems engineering, project management, HR management and bid management. The projects in my scope were characterized by the diversity of team profiles to coordinate: electronics, optronics, mechanics, software and environmental. I then aimed for a transition into the energy sector, being convinced that this domain will be facing major challenges that will reshape our civilization. I seized an offer within ENGIE for developing energy efficiency services based on connected devices. I had the opportunity to use my project management and leadership skills, while tackling problematics specific to the domain (technical, business model, organization). Beginning 2016, I moved on into gas midstreaming activities, as a portfolio manager. My focus was to valuate competitive transfer prices of commodity (incl. flexibility, storage and transport services) to sales entities.
