About Xavier Combes

Xavier Combes Head of Fund Administration Luxembourg - IFSO Xavier has more than 20 years’ experience in the Fund Industry in Luxembourg with strong expertise in business, project and operational Management. He started his career at JP Morgan Chase in the Fund Administration department and graduate in parallel on the MBA at Sacred Heart University (Connecticut). He then join Accenture where he has been involved in many projects in the Luxembourg market place. Xavier joined BNP Paribas Securities Services in 2009 during the merger with Fortis Bank where he led major integration project in the Fund Distribution Services and Head the operational department. In 2013, Xavier moved to Market Financing Services in Luxembourg where he occupied the function of MFS Business Manager, and Global Head of PCO Platform & Client Services, successfully managing the growth of the Front Office Operations for Passive Overlay department (Asset & Share Class Hedging). In July 2022, Xavier took the role of Head of Fund Administration Luxembourg where he was accountable for the client delivery and improvement of the services : Fund Accounting, Expense Management, Financial, Legal and Client Reporting, Contractual Investment Compliance, Domiciliation, Client Account Management. In August 2024, Xavier took the Global Responsibility of Fund Administration for BNP Paribas leading and driving the strategy of the domain.
