About Xavier Dubarle

Xavier, as a Biochemist, started his career in Clinical Research in Servier, where he held various positions from Clinical Research Associate to GCP Quality Auditor and GCP Quality Manager. He joined Sanofi R&D in 2001 as an International Clinical Quality auditor, participated to the creation of the Feasibility group within the Clinical Development platform. Then, he worked as a Global Quality Risk Management Expert, deploying Risk Management culture and methodology across the Group in 2010 and moved back to R&D in 2012 as attaché of Clinical & Medical Quality Operations Head. He was lastly working as Internal Control Business Partner for R&D and CMO, coordinating with the management teams the design and the monitoring of the mandatory controls relevant to mitigate the key operational risks identified in both operations. Xavier is graduated in Biochemistry from the University of Paris VII and holds a post graduate diploma in QA “Management for Scientific” from the Paris XI Orsay University.
