Over 15 years experience in the DIY / household & garden equipment’s industries, I have developed a 360 vision of the business from innovation to product development, up to the design, production, transportation and logistic management. However, my expertise lies in communicating, demonstrating, adapting (to local markets), negotiating, selling and distributing such products on the European and international markets. My solid network and portfolio of connections in the specialized distribution sector has definitively been an asset to help me establish, grow turnover and expand the international sales of Smart Garden Products, over the last 7 years. As a hands-on person, I’m regularly on the field prospecting, hunting and negotiating with my teams to build relationships with key customers and providers and ultimately grow the business. What I enjoy the most in my current position is using my leadership skills to engage and motivate teams towards ambitious goals and challenges.
