I have a bachelor's degree in finance from University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), which gives me the analytical and numerical skills to assess candidates' qualifications and abilities for various IT and non-IT roles. My core competencies include sourcing, screening, and contacting suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media platforms, arranging interviews, negotiating employee benefits, preparing contracts, and following up with successful placements to ensure their satisfaction and retention. I am passionate about work and life, and I never give up until I accomplish my targets.
