About Xavier Kasdan

Soon-to-be graduate with a triple Master's in IT Management, I’ve had the chance to study in France, Finland, and the Netherlands—giving me not just a degree but a global perspective on how IT and business come together. Now, I’m on the lookout for an (Assistant) IT Project Manager role where I can be the bridge between business and It and tackle exciting challenges. From crafting a 4-year IS Master Plan at Orsac (Lyon, France) to designing End-to-end processes and running a full vendor selection (RFI/RFP) at Toyota Motor Europe, I’ve had my hands in some impactful projects. But what really drives me? Solving problems, making things work better, and collaborating with great teams to bring ideas to life. I’m all about people, energy, and stepping out of my comfort zone - whether that’s diving into a complex IT project, working across cultures, or tackling something totally new.
