I’m a retail leader who’s all about building strong teams, creating great customer experiences, and making operations run like clockwork. As the Market Manager for Southern California at Casper, I get to work with some incredible people while overseeing multiple stores, driving sales, and bringing consistency and clarity to our processes. One of my big focuses has been using tools like Salesforce to make day-to-day operations easier and more impactful. Whether it’s audits, employee reviews, or store profiles, I’m all about keeping things organized and useful for the people doing the work. I’ve been in the retail world for over a decade, from specialty shops to national brands, and what keeps me going is the mix of people, performance, and purpose.
