Xavier Prado, a Chilean-American tenor, captivates global audiences with his versatile voice and dynamic stage presence. Renowned for his mastery of bel canto and lyric repertoire, he delivers performances marked by emotional depth and vocal brilliance. Accolades: Xavier won First Prize at the 2024 Concorso Internazionale Piero Cappuccilli, a testament to his vocal artistry. He is an alumnus of the Accademia Rossiniana Alberto Zedda (2023), a finalist and grant recipient at the 2023 Loren L. Zachary Vocal Competition, and a finalist at the 2023 Giulio Gari International Vocal Competition. He has also shone as a soloist in concerts with these companies, as well as Opera Las Vegas, California Philharmonic, and others. His stage credits include Rodolfo (La Bohème), Edgardo (Lucia di Lammermoor), Romeo (Roméo et Juliette), and the title role in Faust, alongside roles in world premieres like Dulcinea XL (2019) with Los Angeles Grand Ensemble and Again, and Again, and Again with Opera Las Vegas. He debuted in film in a 2018 American TV miniseries and sang Ruodi in Guillaume Tell with Opera Southwest, broadcast nationwide. A dedicated pupil of renowned Italian bass Carlo Colombara, Xavier continues to study under his guidance.
