About Xavier Sudlow

I currently work at La Rabida Children's Hospital. I am part of a four person team. We try to help normalize the hospitalization for pediatric patients, families and siblings. We run programs for our patients (ie movie days, summer camp, teen groups). We also provide supports for cares on our inpatient unit and in our outpatient unit. Additionally, we help celebrate birthdays, graduations, amd holidays, as extension of normalizing patient hospitalization. I got my interest in child life by working at medical camps, specifically Victory Junction. That place impacts so many lives and has had such an impact on my life that I am for ever thankful for. From the campers to volunteers and to everyone else in-between really help make this such a special place.
