About Xavior Grace

With over nine years of work experience in the National Works Agency (NWA), I am a skilled and dedicated Assistant Parish Manager who oversees the implementation and maintenance of various infrastructural projects. I have a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Heriot-Watt University, and a Diploma in Draughting and Building Technology from Vocational Training Development Institute. I use my research, analytical, and communication skills to plan, execute, and evaluate the projects, ensuring that they meet the quality, budget, and timeline standards. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as engineers, contractors, consultants, and community members, to address their needs and feedback, and to facilitate the smooth and efficient delivery of the projects. I am passionate about improving the quality of life and the environment of the people and the places that I serve, and I strive to uphold the NWA's mission of providing safe, reliable, and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
