As the Global Leader of Kyndryl Delivery, Xerxes Cooper is responsible for leading Kyndryl’s delivery organization that provides mission-critical enterprise technology services to thousands of customers in more than 60 countries. In this role, Cooper is applying automation and AI-generated insights from Kyndryl Bridge to drive value and help customers modernize, innovate and secure their mission-critical IT estates. A people-focused leader who inspires high performance, Cooper is focused on driving new ways of working and unleashing continuous innovation across Kyndryl’s core business of delivering advisory, implementation and managed service capabilities. In addition to his role leading Kyndryl Global Delivery, Cooper serves as Kyndryl's Global Integrity Champion, the principal business leader invested in aligning the tone from the top and setting expectations globally for ethical behavior according to Kyndryl Way values. Previously, Cooper served as President of Kyndryl Strategic Markets, overseeing coverage of 40+ countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America. Here, he grew signings, increased new business wins, scaled Kyndryl Consult, and improved profitability. Cooper previously served as the President of Kyndryl Canada, where he led teams focused on accelerating digital strategies for customers by leveraging their highly skilled workforce, a diverse ecosystem of partners, and innovative solutions including cloud, analytics, automation, and security. Prior to joining Kyndryl, Cooper led IBM Global Technology Services in Canada, and served as the Chief Financial Officer for IBM Canada, among other senior leadership roles. A seasoned leader, Xerxes operates with transparency and integrity at all organizational levels, building engagement, belief, and trust. He has received external recognition for his leadership and focus on inclusion that includes a Diversity Champion award in 2020 and the Best Executive - Technology award from the Globe and Mail’s Report on Business in 2021. Xerxes is a registered CPA and a member of the Board of Directors for Oak Valley Health in Canada.
