As an IT System Administrator, I have over five years of experience in managing and supporting various IT infrastructure projects for Kosmonte Foods, a leading food distributor in the Middle East and Europe. I was responsible for upgrading, patching, installing, and configuring systems, databases, and applications, as well as identifying, resolving, or reporting issues to the development team. Currently, I am working as an Application Support Analyst for Trapeze Group, a software company that provides solutions for the transportation industry. I am the designated support engineer for over 30 clients, providing customer care, ticket management, and problem solving using tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and FreshService. I have strong expertise and exposure in end-to-end implementation of projects using different ERP systems, such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and CrystalReports. I also have good analytical ability in handling issues related to computer hardware and software. I hold a bachelor's degree in information technology from the University of Prishtina, and I have completed multiple certifications from the American University of Kosovo, including CISCO Networking Academy and Information and Technology. I am a team player who can effectively work independently, and I am motivated by learning new technologies and delivering quality solutions to the customers. I am looking for new opportunities to leverage my skills and experience in IT system administration and application support.
