I am an HR and administration professional with over 10 years of international experience in the energy and engineering sector, currently based in Beijing and working with Técnicas Reunidas. My career has been shaped by bridging cultures, managing expatriate assignments, and supporting large-scale global projects. Past Experience For a decade, I worked with Sinopec SEG’s Spain branch in administrative management, where I gained deep experience in corporate operations and cross-border coordination. During this time, I participated in several high-profile international projects, including: • Al-Zour Refinery Project (Kuwait) – one of the world’s largest refining projects. • Haru Oni Project (Chile) – pioneering green hydrogen and synthetic fuels. • Riyas Project (Middle East) – supporting tendering and bidding processes. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in project administration, vendor coordination, and international business practices. Current Role Since 2024, I have been part of Técnicas Reunidas Beijing, where I specialize in expatriate management and cross-cultural HR solutions. My responsibilities include: • Managing work permits, visas, payroll, housing, and medical services for expatriates, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance with Chinese regulations. • Acting as the main liaison between HQ in Spain and Chinese offices, resolving complex HR and administrative issues for international employees. • Coordinating with external vendors (banks, relocation agencies, INS) to streamline processes • Supporting employee well-being and fostering a positive expatriate experience. • Contributing to internal training and communication, preparing for a future role in corporate training and consulting. What makes me different: Trilingual (Chinese, Spanish, English), project-experienced, and passionate about building bridges between people, policies, and cultures. My vision is to continue contributing to global HR, corporate training, and eventually ESG-focused initiatives that shape a more sustainable workplace.
