Basic knowledge about cell culture, biological assays, fluorescence imaging and biodata analysis. Organic synthesis related Extensive experience in multi-step organic synthesis. Skilled in various metal-catalysed couplings (Buchwald Hartwig, Suzuki, Chan-Lam and Ullmann coupling), reduction, oxidation, amination, hydrogenation, halogenation. Experience in laboratory scale synthesis with mg to kg. Analytical instruments and software Experience in many characterisation methods including NMR (1D and 2D), LC-MS, GC-MS, HPLC, IR, XRD, XPS and polarimeter.
