My career began at TDK, working as a supplier supporting Lam Research Remote Factory, where my customers manufactured EFEM / EFAM systems. My company provided Load Ports installed on EFEM platforms, responsible for wafer handling and temporary storage in front-end semiconductor manufacturing processes. During my first three years, I served as the coordination window between manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and customer teams. My responsibilities included delivery schedule management, after-sales support, backlog analysis, and cross-functional communication. Through continuous coordination and process optimization, I contributed to improving On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance from approximately 60% to over 95%. In parallel, I supported a long-term equipment modification and backlog recovery project involving more than 100 loadports with accumulated unresolved issues. I structured and classified issues by priority level and coordinated appropriate handling methods including spare-part replacement, on-site engineer dispatch, return-to-factory repair, and escalation to senior technical specialists. I worked closely with engineering teams for over one year to achieve full project closure. Over the past yearmy role has expanded to supporting large-scale semiconductor equipment upgrade programs for the China and Taiwan market. Not only TSMC Copos·CoWos needed loadport design project but also the N2 kit needed for used loadport upgrading with a total project scale of approximately JPY 30 billion. Under a distributor-based business model, local partners lead sales and marketing activities, while I act as a behind-the-scenes project and operations support role. My responsibilities include internal alignment with headquarters, distributor support, technical information consolidation, and cross-stakeholder coordination from development through implementation. I have experience working across Japan, China, Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and the United States, and I am comfortable operating in multilingual environments using Chinese, Japanese, and English for daily business communication.
