For over 10 years, I’ve driven strategic industrialization projects alongside procurement, R&D, and quality, etc. I’ve led international industrial transfers, implemented collaborative planning processes (S & OP, MPS), and reengineered supply networks to ensure delivery in highly regulated, demanding environments, while also redesigning production workflows, optimizing internal logistics (Lean/VSM), and digitizing planning and forecasting tools. My edge : A true end-to-end mindset — from product development to final delivery — and the ability to connect silos, simplify complexity, and deliver results.
