I’m a proactive and detail-oriented Event Operations and Project Specialist with experience creating smooth, successful event experiences across Europe and Latin America. At Integrated Systems Europe, I lead floorplan design and workflow optimization for one of the world’s largest AV trade shows. I thrive on solving complex logistical puzzles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and turning high-pressure deadlines into seamless results. Whether I’m building a booth layout in Map Your Show, streamlining internal processes with Asana, or liaising with international stakeholders, I bring structure, clarity, and calm to the chaos of event planning. I recently earned my Workflow Specialist Certificate (March 2025), which reflects my passion for efficiency and team alignment. I’m equally comfortable working in Salesforce, adapting to new systems, or leading rebooking strategies with top-tier clients. Fluent in Spanish and English (and learning Dutch!), I bring an international perspective, creative thinking, and a “let’s figure it out” attitude to every project.
