I have about 35 years of experience in semiconductor fields. I am an engineering person in the highly competitive semiconductor industry. I have solid experience in technical program management, characterization process development, and R&D operations. My major responsibility is to develop new analytical techniques and approaches to characterize different semiconductor materials. In addition, I mentor the Surface analysts, design and perform the experiments, and explain the experiment results to the customers. I would like to work with my teammates, customers, and instrument vendors. I have authored, coauthored, and presented over 55 publications and presentations.
