Yachung Cheng is currently the Global Product Manager in LINE corp, takes responsibility of LINE TODAY - the best News aggregator in Taiwan, Thailand and Hongkong. As the role of PM in LINE, YC joined scrum team as a product owner and took responsibilities with business growth-ring with biz team in TW, TH, HK. Before he works in LINE, he took 3 year as a Service Designer and Co-founder in Musion Ltd. which provides efficiency and effectiveness smart AI travel planner for who'd like to travel everywhere. He does no only take a designer role in Musion Ltd, but also is a strategy director who has to fundraise, presenting ideas to investors, and networking with travel industry. He is also a contributing editor and instructor. His articles are published on many websites, include Vide.tw, inside.com.tw, and Rocket Café. He observes and follows up many different topics, such as Usability, Service Design, Tech, Geek, and Travel. The instructor experience includes he attended many conferences and workshops as a speaker and mentor. From 2011 to 2014, he pursued two Master of Science degrees (Human-Computer Interaction, Media Arts & Science) at Indiana University. He also has a combined educational background with Instruction Design and e-Learning with his Bachelor's degree. In the role of a Taiwanese who came to the U.S.A after 5 years of working experience, he is also a bilingual person who speaks English and Mandarin Chinese well and starts to learn Japanese. The 5 years of working experience was as a product manager with Telecomm projects in Taiwan. Yachung also was a contributing editor, wrote over 100 reports about smartphones, MWC 2010, and OS operating guides in 3 years. Overall he has good skills in service concept design, team lead, project management, and smartphone service development experience, also knows usability testing and user experience research skills, and well multimedia project experience.
