With a profound academic background in research, in recent years, I have shifted my skill-set to operations, management and leadership focus, and have utilized them towards making change and impact in organizations, teams, joint ventures, and projects, now with 8+ years of experience leading design teams and delivering excellence in project delivery. Extensive background in operations, design coordination, and client-facing roles on mission critical projects in the semiconductor and industrial sectors, with a focus on early-stage project development. Proven ability to drive change, lead high-performing teams, and deliver large-scale, high-value projects through strong communication and strategic execution.
