About Yagmur Darendelioglu

I'm an aerospace engineer currently working on the field of loads & aeroelasticity in HSB solutions while pursuing my Master's degree in aerospace engineering at Technical University of Munich in Germany. My ambition has always been to study at one of the top technical universities of Germany, both for the ability to meet prominent engineers in the industry and to obtain technical skills and knowledge of various engineering subjects. I have worked in Turkish Aerospace Industries for a year as an aeroelasticity engineer, however my involvement with the Turkish defense sector began during my internship there. I was able to gain practical experience in highly specialized fields requiring topic specific knowledge, such as dynamic analysis, aeroelastic models, flutter, buzz and ground vibration testing by working on TF-X Jet Fighter. During my Bachelor studies in Middle East Technical University (METU), I participated in many projects such as AIAA Undergraduate Team Design Competition - Team Leader, and Very Light Aircraft project partnered by TAI and METU, and many internships that helped me to translate my academical knowledge to applicable real life problems.
