About Yahrah Blackman

Yahrah Yisrael Blackman has been in the commercial real estate industry since Yahrah has successfully managed 16-story and 12-story downtown high-rises, office buildings, suburban office parks and commercial condominium associations. She currently manages 1 Million SF of Class A office buildings in Orlando, Maitland, Lake Mary and Tampa. Her responsibilities include physical management of the buildings, tenant relations, client communication and satisfaction, financial reporting, operating and capital budgeting, lease administration, property acquisition, construction management, service contracts, risk management and insurance, coordination of a team of vendors and the direct supervision of nine (9) team members of administrative and engineering staff. Yahrah is the former President of BOMA Orlando and had been a member for 20 years. She served on the Board of Directors for eight years and has worked on all the committees. In 2017, Mrs. Blackman won TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) locally at BOMA Orlando and BOMA Southern Region for University Park in the Renovated Category. In 2023, she won 3 TOBY Awards (The Office Building of the Year) for BOMA Orlando, BOMA Southern Region and BOMA International for Suburban Office Low Rise for Northpoint Center. Yahrah is currently mentoring new leadership on BOMA Orlando's Past President's Council. Yahrah holds her RPA for Real Property Administrator, has her Real Estate License and her LCAM as a licensed Community Association Manager.
