About Yahya Laasri

Data Analyst & AI Engineer | Turning Raw Data into Strategic Assets Python | Machine Learning | LLM | SQL | Econometrics As a Data Analyst & Engineer at nricher, I architect data solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. My work sits at the intersection of AI, econometrics, and scalable data systems, where I’ve automated processes, reduced operational costs by 15%, and accelerated data retrieval by 20% through Snowflake optimizations. Why my work matters: Built AI-powered pipelines: Led web scraping for 40+ e-commerce sites using Scrapy/Selenium, boosting data collection efficiency by 30% while slashing manual effort. 🤖 Pioneered LLM & Neural Networks: Solved complex business challenges by training custom AI models, cutting human error by 15% and laying groundwork for long-term automation. Translated data into ROI: Refined product categorization for SKUs, directly improving recommendation accuracy and customer engagement. Academic Rigor Meets Technical Execution: Master’s in Econometrics & Statistics @ I.S.F.A, with thesis work blending machine learning and economic behavior analysis. Proficient in Python, R, SAS, SQL, and tools like Snowflake and Azure for end-to-end data lifecycle management. Certified in Deep Learning Specialization (World Quant university) with hands-on projects in client profiling (banking) and predictive modeling. I thrive in roles where data meets decision-making. Whether optimizing pipelines, deploying AI models, or uncovering hidden patterns in fiscal datasets (as seen in my VAT analysis work @ SOPRIAM), I bridge technical depth with business acumen. Let’s connect if you need a data professional who speaks the language of code, economics, and ROI.
