You cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today.” Procrastination is an attribute that I avoid. As a child, I always made my lunch the night before school. Although simple, that habit has positively transformed the way I complete assignments, both inside and outside my career. Having the burden of what feels like a weight being lifted off one’s shoulder allows me to not only be proactive, but to also place more emphasis on improving other characteristics about myself. Those characteristics are the strengthening of relationships in the positions I'm involved in, progressing towards my goals efficiently, and persevering through obstacles that might occur along the way.
