About Yair Morr

When I was 8, I built a cardboard model house and wired it with lamps and switches. That simple project sparked my passion for combining design and technology. The thrill of creating something both visually appealing and functional had me hooked. By 13, I was already exploring 3D modeling and I knew I wanted to turn this spark into a career. Today, I lead 3D and design teams in the entertainment and tech industries. My focus is on real-time experiences for desktop, mobile and VR. I specialize in building pipelines, defining workflows, and offering guidance on everything from creative direction to technical solutions. Over the past 5 years, I’ve had the privilege of establishing two 3D departments, developing robust workflows, and mentoring talented team members. For the past 2 years, I’ve also been teaching game art students and creating video tutorials, helping others grow their skills and realize their creative goals. My clients value leaders who prioritize listening and truly understanding their goals and pain points before delivering outstanding results. I believe transparent communication is the cornerstone of solving any challenge. The skills come second, and they’re backed by years of hands-on experience. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me cycling through the countryside around Berlin, tending to my vegetable garden, baking sourdough bread or on stage performing comedy improv with my troupe.
