About Yajat Dhand

Great engineering starts with product ownership. I approach backend architecture as a strategic partner—proactively clarifying requirements, bridging the gap between technical execution and business value, and ensuring reliable deliveries with minimal rework. As a Backend Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience, I specialize in high-availability systems and concurrent programming. I focus entirely on building resilient, scalable infrastructure—from untangling complex multithreading bottlenecks in mission-critical POS systems to migrating legacy mainframes into decoupled Spring Boot microservices. I gravitate toward modern ecosystems that prioritize maintainability and performance under heavy enterprise data loads.Beyond core systems, my passion is developer experience and the future of AI in software engineering. Drawing from my recent Gen AI Engineering Mastermind certification, I build tools that act as force multipliers for the organization. By engineering custom Agentic AI workflows and Claude/MCP agents, I automate PR lifecycles to drastically reduce manual code review overhead.
