About Yamani Dalpathadu

I am a Telecom Engineer at Gimbel Consulting GmbH, where I work full-time, gaining hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry and enjoying the opportunity to immerse myself in the German work culture. I hold a Master's degree in Communication Engineering from Universität Bremen, Germany. My journey into mobile radio communication began during an internship in Sri Lanka, which sparked my passion for the field and led me to further my education. As an international student, I embraced diverse work and learning environments, which have enriched my professional development. With a strong research background, my interests span various topics in wireless communication networks, including radio communication, 5G-NR, IoT, Content-Centric Networking (CCN), and LoRa. I also love coding and am currently pursuing a full-stack developer course to expand my technical skills. I'm particularly passionate about the future of connectivity through emerging technologies such as IoT and Delay-Tolerant Networking (DTN).
