My Experience: I have 3 years of experience in the technical department of the steel manufacturing sector and 11 years of expertise in exporting steel products to the Indian and ASEAN markets (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines). During this time, I gained profound insights into the steel production process and quality control. I am familiar with the operational concerns of steel plants and possess in-depth knowledge of related countries and markets. My Responsibilities: Since 2017, I have shifted my focus to the export of carbon products, particularly graphite electrodes. Through close collaboration with the supply chain, I have driven business growth, providing clients with high-quality products and excellent service. My Expertise: The experience of working in a steel mill has given me a unique advantage in understanding graphite electrodes. I comprehend how Electric Arc Furnaces (EAF) work, which means I understand the concerns and needs of customers.
