About Yan Yan

Now in charge of the establishment of SDGs/ESG initiative as well as the company's SDGs/ESG policy for a listed company from a zero-base. In charge of the establishment of materiality for the company, and for the planning and the management of the company's annual sustainability plan in collaboration with all relevant departments and subsidiaries. In charge of overseeing project management office operations with the company's cross-function team as well as relevant departments and subsidiaries. Graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2005 with an MSc degree in Environmental Engineering and Waseda University in 2019 with an MA degree in international relations. Over 11 years of working experience in Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) as well as Environmental Social and Governance(ESG) area; participate in dozens of nuclear power plant EIA and ESG projects in China. Has worked with the United Nations University on a nuclear power-related sustainability and resilience project. Experienced in coordination management and project management, have a good understanding and background in specialized knowledge of the nuclear power industry, the renewable energy industry and sustainability and resilience-related field. Trained as a communication specialist, have strong ability in logical inference and with good analytical capability. Positive working attitude and being able to work under high pressure and time limitation, a willingly and fast learner, a good team leader as well as a good player.
