About Yan Yan

With over 15 years of work experience in data analytics, customer experience, and product marketing, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to create value for customers, stakeholders, and teams. My core competencies include data analysis, reporting, forecasting, capacity planning, dashboarding, and machine learning, as well as workforce management, voice of customer, and service system management. As the Analytics and insights Leader at Chime, I aim to build a scalable and reliable data infrastructure and deliver actionable insights that enable data-driven decisions and improve customer satisfaction and retention. At Chime, I built a new high-performing Reporting & Insights team that supports various functions across member service and operations. I aligned metrics with business stakeholders, and built end-to-end data ETL pipelines, materialized views, LookML, and Looker dashboards as the source of truth for member experience and operations. I also leveraged my skills in Looker, CRM, and data analysis to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to optimize processes, workflows, and resources. Additionally, I mentored and empowered my team members to achieve their team and career goals, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
