Andy is a senior at Vanderbilt University studying Human & Organizational Development, Cognitive Studies, and Medicine, Health & Society. He is deeply passionate about people consulting and brings a strong foundation in applying human-centered design thinking to solve complex organizational challenges to help make the world a better workplace for everyone. Andy’s experience spans across industries, where he has elevated employee experience in the aviation and luxury sectors through delivering innovative solutions, conducted corporate social responsibility research in the technology industry to strengthen journalistic integrity, and advanced DEI initiatives in higher education to ensure equitable access for all students. He looks forward to continuing to challenge himself to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace where he can further develop his collaborative problem-solving skills, build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and leverage his unique talents and background to contribute to meaningful projects that drive transformation and improve workplace culture.
