As a First Class Honours graduate in MEng Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, my academic and practical journey has been driven by a profound belief in the power of science and technology to solve critical global challenges, such as climate change, and global health issue. With a solid foundation in problem-solving, design, and application, I am deeply passionate on creating innovative and sustainable solutions especially focused in the fields of mining and water treatment. I am convinced that through thoughtful engineering, we can significantly reduce the inefficiencies of these essential industries. My approach is always to embrace frontier technologies, including drone technology, additive manufacturing, and advanced engineering software packages. Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD, CAM tools, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation, equips me with the tools to address and solve complex engineering problems efficiently and innovatively. A highlight of my career was an internship project where, through CFD simulation and drone technology, I improved a laminar clarifier’s design, boosting efficiency by 15%. This success exemplifies my capability to blend technology with engineering for substantial impact. I’m driven to apply my skills to challenging mechanical engineering projects, aiming to advance technical possibilities while emphasizing sustainability.
