Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB). • Coordinate problem solving for the wafer fab using established techniques such as 8D, DOE, SPC, Pareto Charts, FMEA, Fish Bone, and other quality methods. • Responsible for development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of statistical process controls, inspection sampling plans and procedures, and related quality systems. • Failure analysis on TFT, LED, MEMS and PV devices via cross-sectional SEM/EDS and Raman mapping and perform PFMEA/DFMEA. • 9 years' clean room fab experience. • 8 years' hands-on experience and strong understanding of II-VI and semiconductor manufacturing processes: Sol-Gel, screen printing, photo/e-beam lithography, film deposition (PVD, CBD, CVD, ALD and epitaxy) and film processing (RTP, plasma etching, wet etching, spin coating, RIE/RPE and lift off process) on applications for TFTs, LED, Battery and Solar Cells. • 8 years' hands-on experience on GC/MS, DLS, UV-vis, SEM, EDAX, AFM (c-AFM, SCM,SSRM and live cell AFM), Raman, XPS, HPLC, NMR, XRD, optical and colormetric testing. Peer Reviewer for Applied Materials and Interface, Nano-Micro Letters, Applied Physics Letter, Applied Surface Science etc. By 07/30/2019 have reviewed 134 papers and the average Impact Factor is 3.28
