About Yang Xiao

My name is Xiao Yang. I am a registered architect (PRC) with almost 15 years of experience in large-scale mixed-use complexes and many other types of public buildings. I am also an expert in complex surface parametric design. Proficient in architectural software such as Rhino, Grasshopper and Revit. Rich experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure design intention is met. Excellent time management, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the capacity to present project proposals and reports effectively to clients, coupled with exceptional project execution capabilities. I have a strong passion for design, and I firmly believe architect is a profession that requires lifelong learning. We must continually update our knowledge and stay attuned to industry advancements. Recently, I completed a dual degree master’s program in Barcelona, Spain, where I gained insights into cutting-edge architectural fields, particularly 3D printing architecture. After nearly two years of recharging and refocusing, I am fully prepared to dive into new opportunities where I can contribute meaningfully.
