As a proud mother of two miracles, they inspire me every day to work towards a better future for them. This drive extends into my community involvement, where I strive to create positive change and opportunities that will benefit not only my family but also others around me. In my role as Chief of Community Impact and Development at the Center for Latino Progress, I lead initiatives aimed at empowering Latino families through education, resources, and support. And support the CEO. My experience across both the corporate and nonprofit sectors allows me to approach challenges with a strategic and holistic and entrepreneurship mindset. I believe in lifting others up, not by offering a handout, but by providing the tools and support necessary for individuals to stand on their own and reach their full potential. This philosophy underpins my work, from the programs I lead to the partnerships I build, ensuring communities have what they need to thrive. I’ve been truly blessed to have amazing mentors and a strong, supportive leadership network that serve as my biggest cheerleaders and trusted guides. Through the years, I have come to understand the transformative power of self-reflection in achieving meaningful goals. It has provided me with the clarity and direction to navigate both my personal and professional journey. I also recognize the value of respecting differing viewpoints and engaging in constructive dialogue. Unity, after all, is our greatest strength.
