About Yanina Riley

I obtained my Master’s in Healthcare Administration in the hopes I would be given the opportunity to have an impact in the community by leading people, projects, and programs in a manner that improves the health status of all people; with a special emphasis on those requiring culturally competent and compassionate care. I have built excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills over the past few years, and I am motivated to take on new challenges in order to grow and develop as a healthcare leader. In my current role, I have been able to consistently improve staff productivity while enabling better access for our patients and providers through planning, developing, and implementing a comprehensive language access program. As co-chair of my current health system's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council’s Awareness and Education sub-committee, I have been able to set the priorities for fostering a culture of real change and improvements relating to all aspects of DEI across the workforce.
