Welcome! My name is Yanira and I am the Office Manager at ELPS Private Detective Agency, a Detective agency in West Chester, PA. We provide our clients with a list of services such as investigations, criminal defense, pre-employment background screenings, surveillance, armed, and unarmed security services (plus many more). We pride ourselves on serving those in need with integrity and understanding. At ELPS, we understand no two cases are the same, so we approach each unique case with the utmost care and concern. I assist the president of the company in the overall running of the business. My tasks include but are not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, payroll, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, reports, and confidential assignments. Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking. Maintaining general office files, including case files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations. I am bilingual (Spanish). I have attended a number of workshops, seminars, and training programs for Microsoft office suite programs; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. I have my certification in radiology, and dental assisting. I'm currently looking into acquiring certifications that would be useful in my current field of business. Stay tuned! I was born in West Chester, PA and raised locally. I enjoy living in this area so much that I stayed and established my home and career here; a hometown girl at heart. I'm loyal to all things Philly, when it comes to sports - Go Eagles! When I'm not in the office, you'll find me enjoying hobbies and activities; family in tow. I have two children (Isabella and Julian), and a boyfriend (Alexis). Spending quality time with them is one of my favorite things to do. I also enjoy writing in my journal, riding my old school Schwinn, taking hikes, getting into nature, and swimming. I enjoy forming meaningful relationships with people. I have a true passion for helping people and using my skill-set to help other's achieve their goals.
