With over 18 years of dedicated experience in International Logistics and Supply Chain management, I am a driven and enthusiastic professional. My career has been focused on deploying solutions, optimizing process performance and working to deliver better customer satisfaction. I led different new warehouses activities implementations. I took various interim management roles to support warehouses with operational or economic challenges (crisis management). My strong interest in comprehending the diverse activities and interactions within and with the Supply Chain has been nurtured by my involvement in transversal experiences, including transformation projects like ERP implementation. The supply chain is a stimulating and ever-changing experience. My personal strengths lie in ability to meet various challenges with agility. The transversal aspect of the supply chain induces a strong social/human factor. My ability to mobilize stakeholders is an asset in order to achieve common objectives: internal/external customer satisfaction and economic performance.
