In my most recent role, I developed and optimized HTS-compatible in vitro assays to support SAR studies and discover novel small-molecule inhibitors. I utilized biophysical methods to create binding assays that validated hit compounds through orthogonal approaches and quantitatively assessed small-molecule affinity. My expertise enabled the progression of two small-molecule discovery programs to the Lead Optimization (LO) stage. Additionally, I established SOPs for HTS-compatible assays as part of Repare Therapeutics' collaboration with external partners.
