With over 20 years of experience in engineering management and system development, I have worked across the automotive and railway industries, leading international teams and structuring development processes for embedded systems—from system architecture to hardware and software integration. Currently Head of the Traction System Department at Alstom, I manage a team of 85 engineers and experts. Our mission? Designing and optimizing traction, energy storage, and fuel cell systems for global railway projects. Every day, we tackle technical challenges while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) optimization for our customers worldwide.
