I am a trilingual (English, French, Mandarin), dual masters graduate with a keen interest in healthcare and biotechnology. I hold two master’s degrees in the field of biomed/biotech, having obtained my M.Eng in biomedical engineering in 2019, and my masters in bioinformatics in 2022. With various experiences in the biotech industry, I would be open to interesting offers situated in France, Europe (remote) and English/French speaking environments.Recently, technical skillsets I have developed relate to the research and implementation of bioinformatics pipelines in bulk RNA-seq (Bash, Docker, WSL), as well as optimization of code runtime, RAM usage, and creation of new processes for a data processing pipeline in Single Cell RNA-seq (Nextflow, Python3, R, Git tools, cloud computing), in addition to constant involvement in R&D, bug fixing, and QC functions.I also find considerable interest in scientific communication and technical writing, having done both in the context of my current position at Scipio bioscience by regularly iterating with the communications and marketing team (technical proofreading, taking on the role of a speaker at seminars.).Please feel free to reach out if my profile seems interesting to you - I'd be happy to chat on any relevant subject!
