The approach I have always taken in business is to be someone who responds better to facts rather than emotion. Taking a very methodical and logical approach to driving business solutions has served me well in achieving successful results. Over the years I have learned to balance this logical approach with empathy, which has assisted me in creating team cultures that take into account the impact of decisions on the employees and the overall business. My core strengths are attention to detail, financial acumen, change management, strategic planning, and the ability to see the bigger picture. I excel at a challenge especially if it is deemed as “too hard” for others. In my roles as Financial Controller I focused on developing senior staff. Working to create an environment where we could improve their understanding of how to identify and streamline enhancements in processes and system optimisation. As a Consultant and Systems Analyst, I have utilized my past finance and systems experience along with my in-depth knowledge of the Automotive Industry’s business processes to advise on and implement best practice and ways to streamline functions and improve business results
