With over a decade of dedicated experience in life sciences and more than 9 years at Solvias, I have progressively taken on roles of increasing responsibility. Currently, I lead the Drug Delivery and Physical Characterization Services, managing operations for a adynamic group of 18+ experienced scientists delivering analytical services across various service lines, including Orally Inhaled and Nasal Drug Products (OINDP), microscopy services, foreign particle solutions, and physical characterization services. My role extent to acting as Subject Matter Expert in OINDP, providing regulatory guidance and champion a scientific approach to marketing. As SME, my contributions extend to organizing and leading research projects, as well as presenting at numerous industry conferences, significantly enhancing our sector visibility. Additionally, I oversee business development activities for drug delivery services, driving strategic growth and fostering innovation. My journey at Solvias began in project management and has evolved through roles that have honed skills in team management, strategic planning, quality management, operations management, business development, and scientific marketing. Through these experiences, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the intricate dynamics of the life sciences industry, encompassing pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and related sectors.
