About Yannick Decaux

With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, Yannick Decaux boasts a robust international track record in sales, marketing, and general management. His expertise spans Europe, the USA, and Africa, where he has consistently driven significant sales growth. In his previous role, Yannick was the Senior Vice President of Mobile Wholesale & Interconnection at Orange Wholesale France, where he oversaw a 1 billion Euro business encompassing roaming, MVNO, and carrier interconnection services. Under his leadership, the division served 900 wholesale customers across 220 countries and territories. Before this, Yannick was the Managing Director for Sub-Saharan Africa at Orange Business, based in Johannesburg. During this time, he successfully implemented the Black Economic Empowerment transformation in South Africa and spearheaded Orange's market entry into Nigeria, achieving record sales growth. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Head of Orange Business' SITA Business Unit, overseeing the air transportation market across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Yannick also spent eight years in New York City, managing strategic accounts such as Sprint, GE, and UPS, Orange’s largest global client in North America. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Yannick serves as a French Foreign Trade Advisor (CCEF). He holds an Engineer’s Degree in Telecommunications from Institut Mines-Telecom Nord Europe in France.
