About Yannick Drolet

Sales - Marketing - Management - Coaching - Training - Teaching I like and enjoy supporting and developing people around me at work, at Taekwon-Do, at the Universities where I teach and with my kids. I aspire to push people the right way, so they will learn from themselves, to believe in their own potential, to be proud of their extraordinary realisations and align all this to their own personal values. I do this because I fundamentally believe in the human nature and because my industry, my sport and my kids could and will contribute to build a better healthy world. I exceed in an environment where science and business coexist. The science alone is not enough to move people and systems. Science needs translation through an engaging communication to be efficient down to the patient. This is where I can have an impact personally and through the coaching of my teams. The shadow of my leadership is the reflect of my actions since I prefer to walk the talk by leading by example and through my tangibles actions instead of pushing and telling how to do it.
