As a Special Project Leader for EU Regulatory Affairs at DuPont, I have the critical responsibility of leading cross-functional regulatory compliance projects across Europe. My expertise in navigating complex regulations, such as the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), enables me to perform regulatory analysis, project management, and process improvement on a continental scale. Leading a dedicated Task Force, I engage effectively with stakeholders to establish robust management processes that drive sustainable practices. In my previous role as a Senior Product Stewardship & Regulatory Consultant, I specialized in chemical compliance, honing my skills while building a robust network within the industry, particularly through my active involvement in CLEPA and FEICA. My participation as co-chair of the DuPont Early Career Network EMEA illustrates my commitment to fostering professional growth and development within our industry. With a solid foundation in both technical and leadership skills, I am dedicated to promoting sustainability and legal adherence in the chemical sector.
