I successfully obtained my Bachelor of Engineering and Management International (B.Sc) degree from the University of Applied Sciences Mannheim (GER) in March 2022. For my bachelor thesis, I focused on the potential of the Public Charging Infrastructure in Germany and the challenges faced in major cities to promote the implementation of electromobility in the country. Based on this, I successfully completed my master's degree in industrial engineering with a specialization in innovation and technology management. Through my master's thesis with the topic:"Conception of a maturity model for BASF's transport logistics - development and application of a reference model for maturity-based identification of critical lanes using the example of selected transport routes", I was able to create added value for the department in order to highlight and improve ecological as well as economic aspects. After completing my master's degree, I was looking for a new challenge and found it in my new job as a regional category buyer at BASF. Personally, I love facing new challenges and constantly expanding my horizons!
